CLS is the total integrated loyalty consulting arm for AIM Group, which provides strategic consultation to clients on how best to design, structure, implement and manage a loyalty program in the long run. It also offers integrated contact centre management which caters for both inbound and outbound services as well as integrated marketing services through ERM.

Today, CLS supports and manages loyalty program that cater to the "Business-to-Business" and "Business-to-Consumer" needs for many multinational companies of diverse industries ranging from financial institutions, insurance, retailing and manufacturing to food chain, petroleum and etc. Our clientele includes corporations such as AmBank (M) Berhad, United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Berhad, OCBC Bank Berhad, Standard Chartered Bank Berhad, Caltex, L’Oreal Malaysia Sdn.
