Advanced Information Marketing Bhd (AIM),
a business process outsourcing (BPO) company
in loyalty management services, has bagged
the 2006 SMB Achievers Award at the recent
annual SMB Recognition Awards (SMBRA) presentation
ceremony.
AIM was one of seven winners to bag the Achiever’s
Award that recognises small medium businesses
(SMBs) for achievements in enhancing their
intellectual property and to reinforce brand
image in the market space.
In a statement on Dec 22, AIM chief executive
officer, Nyang Koon Seng, said, “AIM
was recognised for its unique business model,
sound infrastructure and strong financial
performance and commitment toward development
and growth of the BPO industry.”
The annual event, which is organised by the
SMI Association of Malaysia (SMI), entered
into its fifth year.
In June 2004, AIM was accredited the Multimedia
Super Corridor (MSC) status. It provides integrated
services as a one-stop solutions centre for
customer loyalty programmes and currently
holds 80% of the market share in the segment.
AIM provides a broad range of services from
the IT infrastructure to strategic counseling
and procurement and warehousing through its
wholly owned subsidiary, Customer Loyalty
Solutions Sdn Bhd.
