To date, AIM Group manages loyalty programs for many large multinational companies from diverse industries that ranging from financial institutions, retailing, manufacturing, food chain, fast moving consumer goods and petroleum that cater for both Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Customer (B2C) environments.

In recognition of the outstanding accomplishment and contribution in the industry, one of AIM Group’s subsidiary, Customer Loyalty Solutions Sdn Bhd (CLS), was recently awarded the SMB Emerging Business Award in the SMB (Small and Medium Business) Recognition Award Series 2005 by SMI Association of Malaysia. The Emerging SMB Award is bestowed on non-listed SMBs which are fast rising or making a big impact in the business world in the recent years. This award further adds testimony and validates CLS's outstanding achievement in this sector.

2002
Bounty was incorporated in Singapore to undertake the procurement and distribution.
   
2003
CLS was incorporated in April to provide loyalty management solutions. CLS also commenced the management of first hybrid programme with RealRewards as well as mail order programme.
ASCS was incorporated with the objective of providing logistics and warehousing.
   
2004
With the incorporation of AIM in March, we shifted the development of the enterprise application to Malaysia.
With vigorous R & D efforts, we were awarded MSC Status and subsequently acquired all the hardware and IP rights relating to the development of AIMS™.
CLS commenced management of private label loyalty programmes for financial institutions and manufacturing companies.
ASCS procurement and logistics depot in Glenmarie, Selangor was successfully set up. The company later set up the Shah Alam warehouse.
   
2005
Canon Marketing Malaysian Sdn Bhd to manage the rewards programme for printers and printer consumables sold in Malaysia.
L’Oreal incentive reward programme for their business partners to incentivise them to use more of L'Oreal range of products as well as incentive program for their sales staff to encourage more sales.
AmBank’s AmBonus Program for their credit card members which is an end-to-end integrated loyalty programme.
MYDIN appointed CLS to strategise, design, develop, implement and manage a program using Identity Card as membership card through MYDIN Meriah Rewards Program.
Tai Thong Group engaged our IT Architecture and Technology Platform for "TT Privileges" cards, which is a discount card that can be used in Tai Thong Group chain of restaurants.
CLS conceptualised the strategic partnership between RealRewards and AmBank and assume the role of Program Manager for the launch of first loyalty co-brand card program in Malaysia.
CLS manages the merchant rewards programme for a major international financial institution in Malaysia.
CLS manages the credit card privileges programmes for Alliance Bank.
CLS managed the AmBank mail order program, MyChoice that provides interest free instalment payments up to thirty six (36) months for their credit card members. We managed the product range under this program which has two hundred (200) product items that cater to different customer segments and preferences.
On the R & D area, we rolled out Member Segmentation Module; Inventory Management Module; Web-based Issues Tracker Reporting Module; Executive Dash Board Module, Web-based Track & Trace Module; Online Analytical Processing Portal (AIMS OLAP); and E-Auction Engine to host E-Auction Portal.
AIM Group launched an innovative staff incentive programme that award incentive points to staff who meet their performance targets. This programme is managed on a continuous basis throughout the year.
CLS is awarded the Winner of SMB Emerging Business Award 2005.
We obtained approval from the authority to be listed in the MESDAQ market in Malaysia.
