SC okays AIM listing on Mesdaq

KUALA LUMPUR: Advance Information Marketing Bhd (AIM) has received approval from the Securities Commission (SC) for its proposed listing on the Mesdaq Market.

The company specializes in providing end-to-end loyalty management solutions covering consulting, technology and outsourcing, which are all integrated through in-house IT infrastructure, business intelligence, integrated marketing services, contact centres as well as procurement and fulfillment services.

AIM, a multimedia Super Corridor-status company, said in a statement it had invested RM1.39mil in research and development, resulting in three core applications of managed loyalty, enterprise and business intelligence.

Though wholly-owned subsidiary Customer Loyalty Solutions Sdn Bhd, AIM has designed and managed loyalty programmes for local and multinational companies.

According to a research by Frost & Sullivan, money spent on loyalty reward programmes accounted for 24.8% of the total advertising and promotion expenditure of RM3.72bil last year and the figure is expected to increase.

AIM recorded revenue of about RM18mil for its financial year ended Dec 31, 2004. It has already surpassed this figure for the nine months ended Sept 30, 2005 - Bernama
